“Paintbrawl”

Films: Paintball Massacre (2020)

Alias: Carl Dixton

Type: Natural

Location: Forest

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Paintball is a rather rambunctious sport. It's like someone wanted to use guns for fun, but realized just how deadly that might be in practice, and came to an amusing compromise. Do be warned, it can be painful if there's too much foul play. And unfortunately, foul play was all there was on this fateful day.

History: One day, a bunch of friends had a high school reunion, and set out to play a nice game of paintball as a celebration. But the woods are being stalked by a crazed man in paintball gear out to get them in increasingly horrific ways. As it turns out, this man is Carl Dixon, an utterly tragic loser they knew who was the butt of everyone's jokes. Once thought dead by suicide, Carl is back to exact vengeance for all the humiliation.

Notable Kills: Impales a man on a sign, buries another in a wooden coffin with construction equipment, and poses his old crush after skinning her face off.

Final Fate: The last one standing accidentally sets one of the others on fire thinking it was Carl before the actual one strikes. After being fought off, he allows the survivor to leave and tell the tale, but not before removing his mask.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 4-This killer doesn't just settle for the paintball gimmick. His kills are utterly vile and at times visceral. It doesn't help that his helmet resembles a skull. And while his backstory is tragic to a near-ridiculous degree, it really shows what kind of monsters bullying can give rise to.

Trivia: -The killer was played by Ian Virgo, who's done a bit of wrestling between acting.

-Despite its reputation, paintball isn't all that dangerous. Most of the worst injuries occur because the players took off their equipment at the wrong time. That, or they tripped over the natural obstacles all around.
